What Causes Heaviness In Head And Ear?

Question: Hello sir..since 3 weeks iam having haviness in my head and along ear..doctor did x ray and told its sinus..and gav e sinarest and nasal spray..its 3 days still not much relief

Frontal headache, facial pain and ear heaviness would be due to sinusitis. If your treating doctor has confirmed it by X ray then along with sinarest and nasal spray, you should also take cetrizine tablet once a day. If possible, upload your X-ray here.

Have steam inhalation twice a day for proper aeration of your sinus. It would be very helpful in sinusitis. These all measures would treat your symptoms within 2-3 days.

Further I would like to ask you whether you are having allergy to dust, pets or any chemical. If yes then try to avoid them.

thank you sir, but sir my concern is, itz been 1 week iam having medicines(sinarest) along with levocetrizine and twice steam inhalation, but still iam not having much relief. how long it will take to subside.along with this iam having dizziness or lyk mera sir ghoomna and oll..doc told itz sinus only and gave 2 weeks medicines..1 week over still not much relief.
sir iam not having frontal headache, but only heaviness at the back of or top of my head

Hello dear,

Sinusitis symptoms can last for 2 to 4 weeks normally. Medications and steam inhalation provides symptomatic relief.

Dizziness may be due to sinusitis itself. Furthermore, levocetrizine can cause drowsiness, dry mouth and tiredness.

I advice you to drink plenty of water. Continue taking medicines and steam inhalation. Total cure of sinusitis takes at least 2 weeks. You'll be fine.

Sir can it include heavyness to neck also..itz lyk I cant hold my neck and the corner of neck oll heavy.
