Brief Answer:
symptoms are suggestive of UTI.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.

Your symptoms are typical of an urinary infection.(UTI) .
You need to see an Urologist, and do the following tests :
1. urine routine and culture.
2. blood routine,creatinine,RBS,LFT and platelets.

As you've not written your gender or age,i can't advise you specific tests.
If you're on any daily medication, kindly write that.
Drink at least 8-10 glasses fluids daily.

Wish you well.
