Brief Answer:
Need to do certain tests for the evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
HI XXXXXXX

Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Thanks for posting your query.

There are many causes for these symptoms . From Simple and easily treatable causes to serious ones .

Common causes are :

1. Low or High Blood pressure .
2. Low levels of Sodium in blood .
3. Anemia.
4. Vitamin Deficiency.
5. Problems in Heart.
6. Problems in Inner ear.
7. Problems in Brain.

Most of the times it will be due to simple problems rather than serious ones. She needs certain tests for the evaluation of the problem.

I would recommend the following tests for her. Kindly revert back with the tests reports.

Complete Hemogram, Serum Sodium,Serum TSH, Serum Vitamin B12, ECG and Blood pressure testing(sitting and standing posture ).

If these tests come normal then she needs to get a Ear check up by an ENT doctor and if that turns out to be normal I will advise for MRI brain.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any further clarifications feel free to ask.

Regards.
