Brief Answer: I need passowrd and further details. Detailed Answer: Dear Friend. Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I have read your query in detail. I understand your concern. Rise in liver enzymes can be due to Trika, but usually large doses cause such rise. I have seen your ECG that is acceptable, only your heart rate is slightly high, that can be due to anxiety. I am unable to see your attached reports as they are password protected. Please provide the password. Also, I would like to know the following details: 1.Do you consume alcohol? If yes then how frequently and in what quantities? 2.Any itching over the body? 3. Any yellow urine or clay colored stools? 4.Any past history of jaundice? 5.Any other medication if you are taking please mention. 6.Any history of any surgery or blood transfusion? Review with these details so that I can help you better. Stay Healthy.

Brief Answer: Detail Follows Detailed Answer: Dear Friend. I have reviewed your reports. You have three main issues : 1. High Blood sugar levels and Diabetic range Glycosylated Hemoglobin. 2. Deranged Lipid profile - Raised LDL specially. - Being a diabetic target LDL for you is <80. 3. Raised SGPT. Since Your Hepatitis B is negative. i advise you following investigations: 1. Anti-HCV Antibody to rule out Hepatitis C infection. 2. Ultrasound abdomen to see for liver. You need to take a strict diabetic diet and also to reduce weight even if you are slightly overweight. Also you need to control your cholesterol levels by improving your dietary habits. You have to avoid alcohol. I feel from your hemoglobin levels that you might be a smoker too. So, in case you do please stop that. This is my best opinion for you. If you have any further query, please ask me.
