hi , befor a 15 days i face some skin problem and i went to doctore he send me to check liver anzymes like that
Aspartate Aminotransferases (SGOT) on 21/2/2011 result was 31 and on 5/3/2011 become 41 dgree
Alanine Amino trasnsferase on 21/2/2011 was 88 and on 5/3/2011 become 144 dgree
please tell me what shall i do

Hello! Thank you for writing. Your results in of AST are normal as it has a range of 0-35, while ALT values are high the normal range is 0-45. In hepatitis C is seen a modest elevation of ALT ( but AST doesn't rises).How is the level of bilirubin? How are you protein and albumin values? Do you have symptoms? Are your skin or sclera colored in yellow? As when bilirubin rises over 2-2,5 icter shows up. Better visit a gastrohepatologist. Thank you for writing. Best regards.
