Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
Yes your liver enzymes are raised which requires evaluation of the cause. Most common causes of such liver derangement's are Alcohol, Viral hepatitis, Non alcoholic fatty liver disease, Drugs.

Gamma GT is most commonly raised due to alcohol intake and in case you take alcohol, you need to keep a control over it.

If you don't take it, you need following tests:

1. HBsAg for Hepatitis B.
2. Anti HCV Antibody for Hepatitis C.
3. Ultrasound Abdomen.

A lot many times, the liver dysfunction is due to Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD). So, if you have any evidence of fatty liver in Ultrasound and your other tests are negative, this rise is liver enzyme would be attributed to NAFLD. For this you need to reduce your weight, reduce fat in diet.

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

Thanks. I don't drink alcohol. My hepatitis tests were normal and have taken anti hepatitis injections. My abdomen ultrasound showed fatty infiltration in the liver. I do suffer from nausea and indigestion, etc is it due to liver issues?

Brief Answer:
NAFLD

Detailed Answer:
In that case, you are suffering from Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease and this needs weight reduction.
A few Physicians do prefer to add up Ursedeoxycholic Acid for a few months with variable improvement.
Good Luck.

I have been so taking cyproterone acetate 100mg daily for testosterone reduction, for 1.5 yrs, would that be one of the reasons too? I also drink diet Cola daily. I also suffer from severe exercise intolerance. Are these all issues due to liver disease? My eco n ecg are normal too. I m also unable to reduce weight even with severe dieting. My thyroid is fine.

Brief Answer:
Can cause

Detailed Answer:
Cyproterone acetate can be one of the factor causing liver dysfunction. It is known to cause it.
Diet Cola as such should not cause it, as it doesn't cause weight gain.
Most probable cause in your case is being over weight.
The answer to your problem is exercise and you have to do it any how and any way.
Good Luck.
