Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
You are suffering from migraine headache with anxiety too.
Precautions to be taken to prevent migraine attacks are timely breakfast and lunch. Avoiding excessive tea, coffee or chocolates.
Take proper sleep.
Prophylaxis medications like amitriptyline or flunarizine can be initiated for migraine.
Pain killers can be taken during migraine attacks.
The episodes will improve gradually with these medications.

Brief Answer:
Lightheadedness seems to be migraine associated

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Lightheadedness can be due to migraine or presyncope.
As cardiac and hypotension have been ruled out, migraine headache should be taken as the cause of lightheadedness.
Treatment as advised previously should be initiated.
Wishing you good health and early recovery.
