Brief Answer:
Symptoms likely to be due to Acute Gastroenteritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare-magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms

If the pain in abdomen is located around umbilicus (belly button) and there is no loss of appetite then the cause of symptoms is likely to be Acute Gastroenteritis.

I would suggest you the following

1. Soft diet

2. Plenty of oral fluids

3. Probiotic syrup will help reduce frequency of loose stools

4. Continue giving Paracetamol for fever

5. Cyclopam for pain in abdomen can be given

6. Antacid like Lansoprozole to be added

If the following criteria are fulfilled then there is no cause for concern

1. Appetite normal

2. Urine output adequate

3. Absence of blood in loose stools

4. No distension of abdomen

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you

Fever is usually self limiting
