Question: HI MY NAME IS XXXX, iAM 81 YEARS OLD.! DONE HAVE ANY SPURM LEFT IN ME.wHEN I FEEL LIKE IAM GRTTING A HARD ON PLAY WITH MY SELF AND NOTING HAPPENS.I DONT FEEL ANY NSINSATION LIKE I USE TO WHat wrong wifh me. Am I grtting cancer. of the proatrate,gland or is it just old age?

Thanks for query .Based on the facts that you have posted you are unable to ejaculate at all while masturbating .

Sexual desire and production of semen is govern by Testosterone produced by Testicles ,

With advancing age after the age of 60 years there is reduction in production of indigenous Testosterone by 1% for every year of age which results into loss of libido and reduced in semen volume which gradually stops completely .

This is not a sign of prostate cancer but should be considered as normal aging phenomenon .
