No need to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Delay in periods is normal after HSG.
This will not effect the chances of conception in next cycle.
There is no need to take any further medication.

Brief Answer:
Follicular monitoring can be done

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, clomiphene is given in unexplained infertility also.
You can get your follicular monitoring anywhere by showing the prescription paper.
The injection your doctor is planning to give is most likely hCG injection.
