Brief Answer:
Tests needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

In my opinion, two conditions should be considered: pregnancy and genitourinary tract infections.

There's need for urine screen test, vaginal secretions culture, a urine pregnancy test and a abdominal Echography in order to properly diagnose your girlfriend's condition.

For these tests to be done you or your girlfriend need to consult your primary care Doctor.

Fatigue and depression could be related to both conditions.

Treatment depends on tests results.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
