Brief Answer:
Consult a hematologist

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through the description and reports provided by you. I understand the cause of your anxiety. Although the cancers and rashes appeared right after the shot of MMR, let me assure you that probably there is no relation between the two. I would insist you not to skip the doses of vaccines in future, as they are essential for the safety of your daughter.

The high levels of lymphocytes in blood could indicate a) A viral infection b) Some chronic granulomatous disease or c) Some hematological problem. I would not really bother if the IgM levels are high. They are secreted by lymphocytes and plasma cells. So, with a high lymphocyte count, it is not unusual for the IgM levels to be high. So, I would not assume any food allergy at present. A month long course of Acyclovir should have taken care of any viral infections including chicken pox. But the persistence of the problems indicates that you might need to look further. I would suggest you to get a hematological opinion. You seem to be located in Waterford.
