Brief Answer:
Some investigations are needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
It will be helpful if you mention the name of the antibiotic that you are taking.
After reading your post, it seems that your infection is still persisting.
It might be possible that the antibiotic that you are taking is not fully effective against the infection and may need to change the antibiotic.
Following investigations can be helpful :-
1. Complete Blood Count (CBC)
2. Urine Culture and Sensitivity test.
You can take paracetamol 500 mg for relief from your symptoms. Drink lots of water daily.
A clinical evaluation by your doctor and the reports of the above mentioned investigations may be helpful in planning your further medical management.
I hope this is helpful to you.
If you have any further queries, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.

Investigations will be helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for providing more information.
The medications that you have mentioned are usually effective in urinary tract infection but if the symptoms like fever are persisting, then the investigations mentioned earlier should be done.
This will help in knowing the appropriate antibiotic gor the infective organism.
I hope this is helpful to you.
Regards.Thanks.
