Brief Answer:
TURP

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It seems you are in good medications, inspite of which you seem to have problems with urination.
Did you get latest ultrasound kidney, bladder? transrectal ultrasound better to assess the volume of prostate?
I think you better get this done and compare with previous one. If it is increasing you should better get operation for removal of prostate. This is better now a days with TURP ( transurethral resection of prostate) available every where.

Hi,

TURP is done at any good centre in any XXXXXXX 2 city or neighboring metro. All state capitals and bigger cities in any state will have a Urologist. It is common procedure done by Urologists only. It can cost from 50K to 60K and a lot of factors depends to exact the cost.
Note: Consult a Urologist online for consultation about prostate and bladder problems, sexual dysfunction, kidney stones, prostate enlargement, urinary incontinence, impotence and erectile dysfunction - Click here.
