Brief Answer:
Urine infection likely

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Feeling of frequent urination and not able to control urine is most likely due to urinary tract infection.
I will suggest you to drink plenty of fluids and take alkasol syrup 2 tsf twice a day in a glass of water for 7 days for relief.
You can take urispas for relief from urgency.
Also get a urine culture examination done to confirm the cause of infection and the appropriate antibiotic to be taken.
Black coloured stools can be there if you are taking iron supplements, eating green leafy vegetables or due to blood in the stool.
You should consult the physician for appropriate examination.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
