Suggest Remedy For Frequent Urination

Hello Doctor, I am a female and 26years old. I am facing a problem of frequent urination. I got a complete uring routine, blood sugar and thyroid tests done. Everything was normal except in urine tere was about 2-4/hpf of pus cells and 15-20/hpf of eputhelial cells. Doctor adviced me to take Urispas for a week for 3 times a day and lots of fluids. I am married since 2 years and dont have children yet. Even after taking the tablets I am having the problem... What should I do to get rid of this problem? What could be the problem I am facin? Please let me know. I am worried.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a urinary tract infection.

Urispas can help in reducing the symptoms.

I also recommend using antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
