Question: my scan result is
Uterus is bulky in size . There is an intrauterine gestational sac containing a tiny viable fetal pole with active cardiac muscles. why my uterus is bulky in size.is it normally bulky during pregnancy and what is meant by tiny viable fetal pole.is that normal or what i have to do next

The sonogram report suggests an early pregnancy about 5-6 weeks based on the appearance of the fetal pole and cardiac activity. The uterus is bulky because of the pregnancy.
You should correlate these with the clinical findings and the menstrual cycle dates. If the sonogram findings correlate with the menstrual cycle dates, the pregnancy is going well and you just need regular visits to your obstetrician and follow instructions.
If there is some disparity, you would need a repeat sonogram after one or two weeks to clarify the issue.
Please take adequate rest, good diet and avoid intercourse until the first trimester is over.
