Brief Answer:
brownish mucus

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your follow up query

As per your problem your chest X-ray is normal and you have no coughing history, so any respiratory disorder is ruled out, so as you are telling that you get brownish mucus from mouth so you have deficiency of vitamin c for which you have to take at least 100 mg per day as tablet. You can get take 2 organic oranges as a healthy snack or drink a glass of orange juice daily. This will compensate your deficiency in diets and you will feel better within 2-3 days.

Hope that helps

Brief Answer:
Brandcardia

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your follow up question

"As" per problem you have mentioned you have heart rate 52 beats per minutes which is little low and it should be greater than minimum 60 beats per minutes and regarding heartbeat sound you heard in your ear which is called as tinnitus and it is due to various pathological causes, so you need a physical examination by an [ENT] doctor only. Secondly do check if you have iron deficiency and vitamin B-12 deficiency, if present correct it in injectable medications.

Hope that helps

Brief Answer:
Detailed physical examination required

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your follow up query

As per your query I will say that in normal situation you should not hear your heartbeat sounds in ears, there are certain situations where you can hear it like blood vessel problems, blockage of ear canal or Eustachian tube which can amplify the sound of your heart in your ear which is called pulsatile tinnitus.

Secondly you have mentioned about your heart beats per minutes so your doctor will confirm it and if satisfied he will advise you an ECG to confirm sinus bradycardia.

Hope that helps

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your follow up reply

As per history you can take [vitamin C] tablet regularly and do wash your mouth in mouthwash 3 times per day. If infection suspected or if you have throat pain you can take antibiotics like [Cefixime]after discussing with your doctor.you can prepare mouthwash like this [Add two teaspoons each of sea salt and 3% hydrogen peroxide to a glass of warm water. Mix it well. Use it as a mouth rinse. Repeat three times a day]. Make sure you do not swallow the solution.

It is from your mouth and not from your lungs as you have no coughing history.

Thanks

Wow great thanks makes me feel better knowing that my chance of having that is well low and plus with the test i already done makes that even lower , i guess i just got to try and get passes this whole worying about my heart the chance of it being is so small , i guess the muscle pain makes it so much worst , some mornings it feels like the pain is coming right from my heart even tho i been told it wasnt , and all my other symtoms must just be from the anxiety
