What Causes Breathing Difficulty, Tiredness And Lethargy?

Question: I have very bad breathing problems, have just been cleared from the lung and heart specialists, have had a liver biopsy waiting for results, but in the last week or so, have felt very tired and lathagic. I am also on thyroxine, should I up my pills, I am on 125gmx per day..any suggestions please.

No need to increase the dose of thyroxine.
First get done thyroid function test and if TSH is high or T3 and T4 are low than increase in dose is required.
Better to get done free T3 and free T4. They are more sensitive than plain T3 and T4.

Have recently had an hour and a half mri scan and all was clear and discharged from the cardiology clinic..also been discharged from the lung clinic ..both with very good results..am now waiting for results from liver biopsy..if that's good, not sure where to go from there..

If your MRI is normal, no need to worry for Pulmonary embolism.
If your cardiac and Pulmonary work up is normal than possibility of stress and anxiety related breathlessness is more.

A busy life, not particularly stressful, bad constipation, no chest pain, but pain in the upper back , suffer a lot from chest infections..
