Question: I am a 69 yr old male.I have some emphysema. Am on metropal for atrial fib. Since the high humidity I have had increased difficulty breathing and extreme fatigue. I still smoke. Dont appear to have a fever and appetite is ok. Coughing alot and its a loose cough.some sneezing as well. Feel worse if I bend over. No energy at all.

So you need to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system, PFT (pulmonary function test).

And quit smoking as soon as possible.
