Brief Answer:
Consult a Periodontist.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Welcome again..

Thanks for your reply..

As per your answers it seems more to be a gum infection while there can be chances that long term intake of Levothyroxine has a side effect of causing some level of anri-clotting activity but chances are very less..
I would advise you to consult a Periodontist as they are specialist in treatment of gum related diseases and will do a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations as per the suspected cause and treatment will be planned accordingly..
In case if any blood clotting disorder will be suspected then you will be referred to a Hematologist for investigation of blood clotting factors..

As of now gargle with warm saline, brush your teeth using an ultra soft tooth brush and do cold compresses over gums or cold water gargles..
Take a soft diet and maintain a good Oral hygiene..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
