Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based upon your history and symptoms , it appears to be a bacterial infection involving hair shaft i.e Trichomycosis pubis. Oral macrolides like azithromycin along with oral fluconazole as its frequently accompanied by a superimposed fungal infection. Topical mupirocin and clotrimazole should also be used regularly for at least a 2 weeks along with antiseptic soap like triclosan for daily use. Astringent like alum water, can decrease the production of sweat temporarily.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
