Brief Answer:
Doesn't look like cancer, following tests advised for confirmation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

O have gone through your medical history carefully and the photo you sent in.

From what I could see, there are some points to emphasize:
- you've been scratching it inducing it's increase in size
- it does not seem skin cancer to me but a possible fungal skin infection. If I was your caring doctor would advise to run examination of skin scrapping to rule out fungal infection and to determine the right diagnosis.

Try not to scratch it and to discuss with your dermatologist for further evaluation and best treatment strategy based on the test results.

Keep good local hygiene.
All the best.
