Brief Answer:
Seems to be melanotic macule

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have gone through your history and seen the attached photographs.
It seems to be melanotic macule which is a benign hyperpigmentation pigmentation seen commonly in many individuals.
You don't have to worry much about it as it quite common.
I don't think it is melanoma or cancer.
If you are still having anxiety consult a dermatologist and get a dermoscopic examination done.
I hope this will allay your anxiety.
Regards
Dr Asmeet

Brief Answer:
99.9 percent chances it's not a melanoma

Detailed Answer:
99.9 percent chances that its not a melanoma.
Melanoma will be showing asymmetry in shape and colour, association with bleeding, itching and oozing.
Its very difficult to comment on its rate of growth as it varies from person to person but it will definitely be a fast growing tumour.

How to prevent any form of cancers especially skin.

Good morning doctor,
I am suffering with itch below the lips, it occurs one or day after I shave sometimes, sometimes it occur after food. Went to dermatologist here, she said milia something are there, one said its due to dandruff on the skin, one said its due to internal heat, I have sinusitis problem, and I don't have persistent itch, just itch sometimes, there was a mole in that area, which got cut due to shave recently and its healing, I don't know, I itch the area , its becoming red, sometimes I feel crawling sensation, sometimes feel like tingling feeling, I am attaching u new pics please see them and tell.

The mole in picture is healing one? And again got cut completely and started to heal again due to shave. So please see the skin and tell me, whether itch is due to any allergy or due to dandruff or internal heat, I had ketakonazole prescribed earlier due to redness around nose and back of ear. But now not there. Please tell me whether mole is normal or not as well? It was cut from top left side?

Brief Answer:
Details below

Detailed Answer:
For prevention of cancer avoid smoking, chewing of tobacco, betel nut, avoid direct sunexposure for long periods of time, use sunscreen regularly.
In case of any doubtful lumps or growths get yourself examined and investigated.
I have reviewed the attached photographs and can appreciate some redness and tiny bumps below the lip.
The itching seems to be related to dandruff problem.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply lotion containing clotrimazole and beclomethasone on the affected area twice daily for 2 weeks.
This will help in resolving this problem.
The mole is looking in its normal healing phase and it will take few more days to be normal.
