Its Been Over A Month That Ive Been On Dexilant And Im Still Wakeing Up With Nausea And Queezy Stomach Everyday , Is It Still The Gastritis You Thank Causeing It !!! I Am Very Tired Of Wakeing Up Sick !!! I Wake Up , I Take 1 Dexalint With Water On An Empty Stomach , Then , I Take 1 Zofran , Then 1 Half Of Xanax , Then 1 metatrolol Blood Pressure Pill !!! I Finally Get Some Releaf Then , Sometimes It Goes Away Most Of The Day And Sometimes Comes Back That Afternoon !!! What Could Be Happening , Do You Think !!!! Brief Answer: Yes, you can take Flomax Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for writing back. Yes, you can take Flomax (Tamsulosin) with Metoprolol, though there are chances of the blood pressure falling down its very rare. Keep a watch on the same. TUNA (Transurethral Needle Ablation) of prostate most of times do not show good response after one sitting, I think there is need for a second episode of TUNA. Do discuss with the doctor who performed the same. Also it may take time for the response to be seen. Regards,

My Prostate Was Alittle Swollen !!! So He Put Me Back On Flomax At Night !!!! He Also Said , Because I Ask Him , That My Urinary Or Prostate Either Couldnt Or Maybe He Said They Wasnt Causeing My Nausea !!!! So Thats Where Im At !!!! But I Am Hopeing That Once I Get Back On My Flomax , That By Some Miricle That My Nausea May Go Away !!! Im Praying It Goes Away Soon Either Way , 3 Months Is Long Enough Everyday Haveing Nausea !!! Brief Answer: There are many other causes Detailed Answer: Hi, I suspect strongly that the cause for your nausea is gastritis and I wanted to rule out the same first by an endoscopy. Only after ruling the gastritis out I could consider other causes. You can take Nexium, some PPis work differently in some. You can give it a try. Only the side effect profile of the drugs differ and is subjective. That could be the reason for the failure of dexilant in you. You can drink milk, there is no harm and does not aggravate gastritis.
