Question: Hi doctor. I'm 6 feet and weigh around 60 kgs. For quite some time I have been feeling my metabolism rate has increased and nothing that i eat stays in my body. Please suggest means to increase my weight.

There are hardly a few reasons for increase in basal metabolic rate BMR causing weight loss. Common causes being Hyperthyroidism, Uncontrolled diabetes.
I would recommend you to get your following tests done :
1. Thyroid profile
2. Fasting blood sugar.
3. Complete blood count.
Get the tests done and write back to me with reports
