How To Heal A Wound Near Right Knee?
Hello., There were. A small wound due to my nail near right knee and took. A long time. To heal. I think it might be. Due to uncontrolled diabetes. Now the colour. Of skin of Healed wound is blackish. It would seem not turning back to its original. What might be the reason. Thanks, Khalid mahmood.

Uncontrolled diabetes is a common cause of frequent bacterial infections. I would suggest you to take a course of oral antibiotic e.g either Amoxicillin or Cephalexin for a week. In addition, I suggest you to use a topical antibiotic e.g Mupirocin ointment or Neosporin ointment twice daily.
