Question: I have white spots on my foreskin.The skin is red and inflammed.Its been there for 2 months and a few days.No pain.What can this be? Yeast,Follicilitis or STD?

Possibility of fungal infection is more. So start antifungal cream and antifungal oral drugs. Avoid moisture and keep proper hygiene of private parts. Avoid masturbation or sex if you are sexually active.

Here are some pics to give better idea.Its been here for 2 months.Too long for an STD? I am honestly worried this could be herpes as i had unprotected sex a few weeks before symptoms appeared.Can this be ruled out?

Possibility of herpes is very less because you are not having pain and blister formation.
Possibility of fungal infection with superadded bacterial infection is more.
