Hi dear.Thanks for your query.

I deeply understand your concern.

If you feel that amoxicillin has aggravated your symptoms I would suspect allergic reaction to the medication which occurs in few individuals.

Thus, I would stop amoxicillin and switch to another antibiotic (Azithromycin) which is prescription medication and has to be prescribed by your physician.

Donot panic.Apply calamine lotion to the red bump if it is superficial and it will resolve on itself within the next 4-5 days.Get well soon.
