Brief Answer:
best is for you to gargle with half a tablet of soluble aspirin

Detailed Answer:
Hi, best is for you to gargle with half a tablet of soluble aspirin dissolved in water three times a day.It will relieve local pain and inflammation.
Take a good multivitamin with vitamin C an Zinc to remove weakness and tide you over till you can see your doctor.
If aspirin gargles are not enough, take oral paracetamol like Tylenol when you feel real bad.
