Brief Answer:
You have chronic liver disease.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your blood test suggest high alkaline phosphatase with almost normal sgot and sgpt. So it suggest some biliary obstruction or some infiltrating liver disease.

Your ARFI (acoustic radiation force impulse) is 1.24 so it rule out fibrosis.

So you have no chance of fibrosis and cirrhosis.

You have chronic liver disease due to other cause like viral hepatitis, alcohol, drugs, toxin or non alcoholic fatty liver disease.

Your spleenomegaly is due to complication of chronic liver disease.

Treatment depends on cause. Many disease can be treated by drugs and some require liver transplantation.

So first of all we should search the cause. Then you should take treatment accordingly.

You should go for complete liver function test including hepatitis profile, GGT, total protein and liver biopsy.

It will give you exact diagnosis.
Then you should take treatment accordingly.

Please go for these tests and give me follow up with your reports.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.

Brief Answer:
It all depends on cause of chronic liver disease.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You are non alcoholic and your hepatitis profile is negative.

So you may have non alcoholic fatty liver disease, some toxin or drugs induced liver disease, granulomatous disease, hemochromatosis, XXXXXXX disease or some other cause.

Most of chronic liver disease is not an emergency conditions. It has no risk of life in short term. But if not treated then it ultimately leads to liver failure and death.

Some of them are treatable in early stage. You should go for liver biopsy to find exact cause and then take treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.

Brief Answer:
It all depends on causes of your chronic liver disease.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I can understand your concern about your chronic liver disease.
It can be cured 100%. But all depends on causes of chronic liver disease.
You may have non alcoholic fatty liver disease or other chronic liver disease. Moreover You are taking Golbi SR450. It contains ursodeoxycholic acid. It is used in cholesterol rich gall stone. So you may have gall stone and it leads to cholestasis and rise in alkaline phosphates level.

Please give me report of GGT and liver biopsy. It will give you exact idea about cause of your chronic liver disease. Then you should take treatment accordingly. And after knowing cause only we can say about risk and life expectancy.

You should go for follow up liver function test. It will give you idea about your condition whether it is improving or not. When your liver function test is completely normal you can you are 100% free from disease.

Avoid alcohol, smoking and high fat diet. Take high protein diet.
Give me follow up with your reports.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.

You have cholestatic diseases and it is improving.

Your GGT and alkaline phosphatase both are high. It is diagnostic of cholestasis.

You are taking drugs for cholesterol rich gall stone. And your liver function test results are improving.

So you should continue your drug. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Take high protein diet. Avoid high fat diet
