Question: I am experiencing low back pain, and some upper back pain. Both come and go. I also am gaseous with frequent urination from time to time. Feeling like I am about 90%. Started two weeks ago. I excercise Dailey walking 2.5 miles each day and weight training three times per week.

You could be using indigestion and flatulence which is causing the back pain and the gas. Avoid junk food, oily food, fatty food. Eat more nuts, vegetarian food drink 6-8 glasses of water daily.

Avoid gluten containing food. Continue exercising daily.

If the problem persists, do consult a Gastroenterologist to rule out Irritable bowel syndrome, pancreatic diseases, inflammatory bowel disease.
