Question: low back pain, crystals in urine, had urine analysis done which came back negative for WBC and no blood in urine.i am also on antibiotics and predisone for fluid in my ear

The low bck pain that you have could be due to crystaluria resulting from concentrated urine which iss likely to be due less intake of water .

Since your routine test does not reveal any puss cells and RBC there is no possibility of UTI .

Continue taking antibiotic it will prevent from getting UTI..

Ensure to drink more water that will help you keep your urine dilute and help to reduce pain .

Thanks for follow up .Since you do not have symptoms like severe pain ,vomiting hematuria or burning urination you are unlikely to have Kidney Stone hence ther is no need to fo for C.T Scan of abdomen .
