Brief Answer:
several points.

Detailed Answer:
The first questions would be smoking, alcohol and drugs.
Organ damage of a severe nature can do this with fluid retention. Not likely. Lupus. Not likely (90% female preponderance). Severe obesity would certainly do this and you can say whether you have it or not. if it is, then the treatment is quite obvious.
Then, assuming nothing is wrong with you there are several possibilities. Obviously we are considering inflammatory diseases because you feel inflamed. It is a generalized disease. Chronic viral infection such as hepatitis C (which would be amongg the MOST LIKELY CAUSES) or HIV are quite possible and I see this withh Hep C about daily. All the other causes I don't see.
Auto immune disease of the muscles such as myasthenia or guillone barre or ALS are not likely, although the twitching fits with it well. BUT they all get WORSE over time. They also have other symptoms you are not mentioning.
Fibromyalgia would fit. Especially it and generalized inflammation are the only ones which get better with exertion and all the neuromuscular ones get much much worse with activity and at the end of the day.

Basically 20 bucks of lab tests (liver functions, muscle enzymes) would tell. That's pessimistic. Sometimes examination can tell what is going on.

Brief Answer:
very welcome ask us anytime.

Detailed Answer:
I see that I am the second answerer. I didn't know this and didn't read his answer prior to mine and....
1) fibromyalgia was strongly considered by both of us.
2) I want to mention that his views on fibromyalgia are basically the same in XXXXXXX and XXXXXXX (the cyanocobalamine ...vitamin B12...is found in meat; in XXXXXXX this should be recommended, in XXXXXXX very few people have a dietary deficiency of it). The exercise and activity is quite important. Personally, I prefer BallRoom Dance to Yoga but I do some of both.
3) we're rather agreeing. And the simple blood tests rule out the other diseases if they aren't very abnormal BUT, trigger points would kind of imply fibromyalgia.

I have a twin brother and neither of us have had any of thing like that My other brothers, faher and mother eat horribly my twin and I eat pretty healthy and exercise. Could heart issues or clotting be probable?

Brief Answer:
you have many risks for them.

Detailed Answer:
You might have heart disease
and....you can't have heart disease produce every symptom.

Tightness and aching in joints is quite a stretch to connect to heart disease.
Overall tiredness is possible especially if there is fluid retention. simple heart tests would be quite good at detecting problems such as an echocardiogram.

But really, the other possibilities are all a lot more likely as causes for tiredness with joint pain than heart problems.
