Brief Answer:
Needs examination

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns about difficulty in passing urine on standing for a long time.

Following is my reply:

1. By the history you are giving, this appears like cystocele ( meaning prolapse of bladder), which leads to kinking of urethra and difficulty in passing urine.

2. Cystocele can only be diagnosed by examination.

3. Please see your doctor for examination and confirmation of cystocele.

4. This is unlikely to be urinary tract infection ( UTI ).

I hope your doubt is clarified. Let me know if you wish any other information.

Regards,
Dr. Soumya
