Hello.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query.

Considering your symptoms ,it seems to be a type of eczema called dyshidrotic eczema. It is a chronic skin condition ,that usually seems to appear during certain times of the year. The cause is unknown but stress, allergies, water and moisture seem to make the symptoms worse.
Usually the treatment consist on topical steroid creams and other drugs ,depending on the severity of the symptoms.
Other possible causes for similar symptoms include a fungal infection ,psoriasis.

You need to consult a physician or a dermatologist and get examined.
After confirming the diagnosis ,the doctor will prescribe you the right treatment.

Hope it helps.
