Brief Answer:
Fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query and photographs.
You have developed fungal infection.
The area of groin is moist and is prone to develop these infections.
Treatment can be with a combination of oral and topical antifungals.
Various antifungal powders are available.
These can help reduce the moisture as well as control the infection.
I treat such cases with a combination of oral itraconazole capsule and topical clotrimazole powder.
This combination gives excellent response.
You can try this in consultation with your doctor
Let me know if you have any other doubt.
Thank you

My last follow up question, about a month ago before this rash started in my thighs i noticed some irritated skin and a little bit of discoloration on the glans of my penis. In one of the pictures you can see a small darkened spot round in shape on the left. On the right there is some brownish/purple spots and patches. Is this normal or anything to be concerned about? Should i worry about having sex in my relationship?
