Hi,

Vaginal infection especially due to candida are most common during pregnancy due to changes in vaginal ph. Clotrimazole is generally considered safe to be used in pregnancy. This anti-fungal drug has no embryotoxic potentials and can be safely used in pregnancy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
