Menstrual cycle is irregular. ie, once in a three or six months.

Hi dear, Delayed and irregular periods can be due to hormonal disturbances like hyperprolactinemia, hypothyroidism or polycystic ovarian syndrome.
I will suggest you to get your hormonal profile done including thyroid hormone levels, prolactin levels, LH and FSH levels.
The treatment can be done once the diagnosis can be confirmed.
