Brief Answer:
Medicine and lifestyle changes are helpful in regulating menstrual cycle.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to us.

I can understand your concern.

The menstrual cycle between 21-35 days to be considered normal.

Usually irregular menstrual cycle can be due to hormonal imbalance or luteal phase defect which can be treated with synthetic hormone supplementation. (So you can take medication to regulate your cycle). There are so many causes of irregular menstrual cycle other then this like thyroid disorder, stress, excessive exercise and weight changes.

As in your case you are suffering from hypothyroidism, it may be the cause of irregular menstruation and infertility in your case.

So first you should go to your thyroid profile and took Eltroxin according to your report to maintain thyroid level.

You can follow these methods to concieve fast-

-Take ovulation kit to see for ovulation and do sex in your most fertile period.
-Do not take any stress, do some yoga and meditation.
-Do some regular exercise to regulate your weight
-Take healthy and balanced diet to maintain your weight
-Take folic acid tablet daily

If your period remain irregular and you are unable to conceive then you can take synthetic hormone to regulate your menses after consulting your treating doctor and drug to induce ovulation.

Hope it is useful, feel free to discuss more.

Good luck.
