thank you. i have reviewed the image.

You have fungal infection of the groin i.e tinea.

i suggest you to take a tablet terbinafine 250mg once daily(Zimig Or Daskil), once daily for 2 weeks. Topically you may use terbinfine 1% cream(zimig cream), twice daily for 2 weeks. in addition you may take a tablet of cetrizine 10mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.
