Brief Answer:
dietary changes, tablet rabeprazole, probiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome to HCM.
Based on the information I feel you might be having dyspepsia.

First of all you need to avoid food that produces gas like potato, peas, legumes, cabbage. Avoid or reduce the intake of meat, dairy products, avoid excess drinking of coffee, tea, carbonated drinks, go for fresh fruit juices.
Also avoid alcohol, smoking (if any), avoid spicy food.

Add more fibres to your diet, like take more vegetables, fresh fruit, salads will help you. Drink plenty of wqter, stay hydrated. Do not eat food very fast, do not speak while eating. Also see to it that you walk for 10 to 15 minutes after having food. As much as possible avoid out side food especially fast foods, go for home made foods. These are non pharmacological measures that will be helpful along with medicines.

Now regarding the medicines you can take tablet Rabeprazole 20 mg once daily or (tablet rantac 150 mg twice daily), in the morning, empty stomach, half an hour before breakfast for a week. And you can also take probiotics like ecobion or sporolac.

Follow this measures, you should see improvement.
I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.

Take care.

Brief Answer:
both the agent before food

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome.
Thanks for getting back.
Probiotics are better if they are taken half an hour before food, and rantac to be taken at least half an hour before food.
I don't think you need to change anything with respect to your lifestyle, just avoid those food which is responsible for producing gas.
I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.

Take care.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome.
Engaging in light or moderate walking will be beneficial, but I would not suggest for brisk walking post food.
Brisk walking will be better of you do it before food, at least 1/2 an hour before.
Hope this helps.
Take care
