What is Sporlac?

It is a preparation of spore bearing Lactic Acid Bacillus, which are all Gram positive, anaerobic, microaerophillic or aerotolerant homo fermentative rods. Each Tablet contains about 60 million spores of Lactic Acid Bacillus.They are highly stable and survive gastric acidity. They germinate in about 30 minutes of reaching the small intestine and proliferate rapidly by repeated fission.
