Brief Answer:
Antiemetics need to be given. Temperature needs to be kept in control.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through the details. If the fever is not still on the decline you should get your son tested for typhoid. But since the temperature is not high, I think there is less to worry. You can continue Bactoclav and Telekast L. As of now controlling the fever would be primary, whether you do it with medicine or with tepid sponging. Since he has vomiting, it might be worthwhile to give him ondansetron or some other antiemetic.

If you have any specific queries please let me know and I would be glad to help.

Fibre supplements and fibre rich food needs to be given.

I do not think that you need to restrict milk intake. Give him what he takes but make sure to include plenty of green leafy vegetables in his diet since they would form the bulk of the stool. In case of constipation, sometimes suppositories might need to be given.

Brief Answer:
Make a habit of brushing his teeth twice a day.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.

You need to regularly brush his teeth and massage his gums with your finger.

I do not think you need to worry about not being able to preserve his cord blood. The cord blood contains stem cells which may sometime play a beneficial role in many diseases. But the probability of getting those diseases is very less and the possibility of getting those diseases within the duration of preservation (usually 20 years) is very minimal. So it does not matter.

I do not think that preservation of early teeth has any role to play related to stem cell preservation.
