Brief Answer:
I want to know little detail about her illness

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and gone through all reports. These reports are suggestive of infection in your body. But we are not sure in which part this infection is present. Marginal osteophytes suggest that you are also having cervical spondylitis. I want to know few details before I advised you any thing.
1. Since when you are having fever and neck pain?
2. Are you having any other symptoms like cough, abdominal pain or burning urination?
3. Are you having any other problem also like Diabetes or Hypertension?
Please send me answers of these questions. I will try my best to help you.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Cervical spondyltits most like

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I believe she has two different conditions.
1. Cervical spondylitis 2. Infection (Abdominal infection)

For cervical spondylitis I have following suggestions.
1. Intermittent cervical traction and neck muscle strengthening exercises
2.Tablet Pregabalin and Methylcobal daily
3. Avoid keeping neck in same position or using very high pillow
You can discuss about these options with her local orthopedician.

For fever and abdominal pain, I would suggest you to get stool examination. She may be having gastroenteritis and that is causing fever and pain. So this is not because of neck problem. After this test if there is any infection comes, you need to take antibiotics like ciprofloxacin and tinidazole after discussing with your doctors.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
Thanks

Just for my knowledge do you rule out any infection in Cervical Spine as fever started with pain in neck and one more thing she is running temperature but she is not warm when we touch by hand.one more thing she is on Becelac.pb and XXXXXXX 500 what are these meant for.

Brief Answer: XXXXXXX is antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It is not common to have cervical spine infection by bacteria. So I would not keep it in my initial diagnosis. Antibiotic which are given (Leon) is for respiratory tract infection. Becelac.pb is B complex vitamin. And It is given to prevent Diarrhea.
Infection in other part of the body can cause enlarge lymph nodes and neck pain so it does not mean there is infection in the neck.
I hope these antibiotics will cure your infection and your neck pain will be relieved. I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know of there is any other followup questions.
Thanks.
