Brief Answer:
symptoms for which ultrasound was done?
Detailed Answer:
Hello, I understand your health concern.
But firstly I would like to ask you about the symptoms for which you were advised to get the ultrasound done.
But in general at your age slightly bulky uterus is common and many a times not very pathological.
The simple cyst in ovary is also very small and will be gone in 2-3 months from now.
Tell me your symptoms so that I can guide you better.
Take care.

Can a cyst that small cause irregular periods? Can it cause bulky uterus?
Brief Answer:
oral pills advised
Detailed Answer:
No this small cyst cannot cause irregular periods and bulky uterus.
I would like to suggest you to start oral contraceptive pills and take them for 3 months.
Then leave them and see for regularity of periods, size of uterus and cyst.
In case the problem persists then get and endometrial biopsy done to rule out cancer.
Don't be anxious and just relax there is nothing to worry as yet and all you need right now is proper work up which will easily relieve you from symptoms.
All the best.
