Detailed Answer:
Welcome and thank you for asking!
I can understand your concern regarding to BioTe pellets side effects.
It is very important to insert the right dose of estrogen and testosterone because they can not be removed. But you should be sure that the symptoms you described are due to BioTe pellet.
There are some common side effects during the first days ( headache, blurred vision, tiredness ect) and are reversible.
I would suggest to see a physician for a detailed physical examination and some lab exams.
You should not stop the progresterone tablets but adjust the dose. Discuss with the physician.
If you are taking large amounts of Vit D for more than one month you should check the VitD and calcium level.
Wish you good health.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta

Thanks for the reply. I am sure its from the pellet since i did not have any of this before. Also does the dossage of the hormones too much? The doctor who gave me the pellet told me its ok to stop the progesteron for the entire course of the pellet which is 3 months and i had them 3.5half weeks already. The vitamin D i am taking is 50,000iu once a week for 10 weeks. My levels were 12.2 prior to that. I don't know if that's true or not. Everyone is giving me a different answer and i don't know what to do anymore.

Brief Answer:
Hi again

Detailed Answer:
Well, i can understand your situation. It is difficult to label the hormone that has caused the side effects you reported.
What we can do in these situation is to adjust the dose of progresterone as the estrogen and testosterone are inserted into pellets.
Progresterone can cause the side effects you reported but there are cases when the increase of progresterone has improved the symptoms as it can help to counteract the side effects of estrogens. It is not easy dealing with hormone replacement therapy.
You can check the hormonal level in blood or saliva and see which of them is over the normal ranges or if you have tried to stop progresterone and have noticed that the symptoms improve, than you have the solution.
The dose of VitD is ok, there is no risk for toxicity.

Dr.Mirjeta

Thanks for the reply. I stopped the progesteron for two days now. And will see how it is. My doctor said its ok to stop it and will not hurt since its only for one time pellet which last 3 months. Is that true? I basicly did one month already, 3.5 weeks, so 2 more months without.

Hi

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Progresterone is needed if you will take long hormonal replacement thetapy.
If you have decided not to continue more than 3 months than there is no problem.
