Brief Answer:
This seems like Hemorrhoids.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Health Care Magic and Thank you for your question.
If you have continuous bleeding then it is unlikely to be a Fissure.
This sounds more like Hemorrhoids.
Please see a Surgeon who can examine you and let you know what the problem is. Your HB is very low and you need urgent care to increase it.
If it is Hemorrhoids and they are bleeding then you should get the requisite therapy done.
It could be Sclerotherapy or banding or Surgery.
But first diagnosis should be established and then only treatment can be established.
Take care and do let me know if there are other queries on this issue.

Brief Answer:
There are non operative methods but Surgery would be the best option.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your answer.
Most of your complains seem to be because of the low Hb or as we call as Anemia.
The mass you have to put back is the Hemorrhoid mass. The ideal treatment is Surgical removal of Hemorrhoids.
But first you need to increase blood in your body. Have lots of green vegetables and Cap Autrin twice a day to increase your Hb.
Please see a Surgeon even if you do not want Surgical management.
Non operative management would include avoiding constipation by using Senna or Isabgol at night and applying Anti hemorrhoidal creams available in market.
Your Hb is very low and you need to increase the Hb soonest.
Take care and do let me know if there are other concerns.
