Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
hello and thank you for sending the question.

Your symptoms are very concerning. The fact that you have significantly elevated blood pressure and pain in the center of your chest can possibly reflect an acute cardiac problem. This good in fact represent symptoms of a heart attack. For this reason I think you should report to your local emergency room for immediate evaluation.

You also mentioned that you're having some symptoms of acid reflux. we still cannot assume that all of your symptoms are related to acid reflux particularly the elevated blood pressure in addition to the chest discomfort.

The safest and most appropriate option at this point would be to see a physician as soon as possible. I would recommend that you have someone take you to a local emergency room or calling ambulance if you do not have transportation.

Thank you again for sending the question.

Sincerely,

Dr. Galamaga
