Brief Answer:
Thyroid parathyroid
Detailed Answer:
I am sorry to note how you feel at the moment.
1 Growth on parathyroid
This is generally concerning particularly when the blood calcium and PTH levels are high. Kindly request your doctor to consider ordering these tests
2 Hypothyroidism
As long as your TSH and Free T4 are in the target range in a stable manner, it is assured that your thyroid is treated well.
3 Thyroid nodules
I understand there are none evident now
When I see someone like you in my practice I also order the following tests in addition to a thorough physical examination:
CBC
CMP
25 hydroxy Vitamin D
HbA1c
Thyroid parathyroid

Sorry for MIS spellings, Kindle dictionary, not auto correct.
I had CBC And CMP, and Hydroxy D test...D low...so, he, .my Rheumatologist, in place of PCP I lost, and Endocrinologist felt he went way too many years, 5, with levels never stable which caused removal of right lobe, due to goiter, nodules, growth on parathyroid gland growth, which at 42 had full blown osteoporosis, rheumatoid, and Addisons-glands are anaphylactic. I currently take 20mg of hydrocortisone daily for that and with all surgeries, prior to, infused with cortisol.
But my Rheumatologist, has asked me to supplement my Vitamins D, 2000mgD3 OVTC daily. I used to have to take 100,000 mg vitamins D prescribed. I am going for an ordered ultrasound in 2 weeks due to rheumatologist not accepting Endo saying left lobe disintegrated after I demanded he ultrasound in office, and that was the Endos diagnosis. I have been dealing with five major surgeries and illness over last three years. Had my TSH tested was on 200mg daily now 175 and in temporary hands of Rheumatologist. Could I have Hisimotos disease? Has the left lobe overworked to the point of disinformation? AGAIN having difficulty swallowing, weird. What do you thinking, I really want to know, I am tired All the time, no longer anemic, blood tests good except Thyroid, an Viamin D tests, thank you in advance for your thoughts about Hisimotos or possible Thyroid Cancer, XXXXXXX
Please review my response and more specific questions and my answers to your recommendations, thank you for your consideration, xxxxx

Brief Answer:
Follow up
Detailed Answer:
I follow what you are saying.
1 Take vitamin D supplements in a way that your target levels are achieved and maintained around 30 to 50
2 A simple ultrasound should reveal the exact nature of the thyroid lobe. If nodules are present they can be further characterised by detailed ultrasound features. Biopsy is an option when there are suspicious characteristics
3 Hashimoto's can be diagnosed with a blood test for anti TPO and anti Thyroglobulin antibodies
4 An endocrinologist can reassess to see if you truly have adrenal insufficiency and need hydrocortisone long term
